Andropause

Andropause occurs due to declining testosterone levels, often after age 40.

Symptoms include
Fatigue

Mood Changes
Low Libido

Muscle Loss and Weight Gain
Erectile Dysfunction

Brain Fog

Diagnosis involves advanced hormonal and nutrient testing.

Treatment includes, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) using gels, or creams to restore optimal levels. Adding DHEA also helps.

A functional approach supports TRT with nutrient optimisation, stress management, strength training, and supplements like zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, and omega-3s, promoting long-term vitality, cognition, and metabolic health.
